When you contact Marietta Trophy through our quote form, email, phone or live chat, we use the information you provide to answer your question, prepare pricing and complete your order. This may include your name, contact information, organization, deadline, wording and uploaded artwork.
Quote requests and artwork
Quote submissions and uploaded files are stored so our team can review and respond to your request. We retain this information only as long as it is reasonably needed for quoting, customer service, production and normal business records.
Keeping selections between pages
When you personalize a request or use the product guide, your browser temporarily keeps your selections and any selected file so you can review them on the quote form. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared after a successful submission. You can remove a file before submitting. These drafts are not an account or an order history.
Live chat and external catalogs
Our website uses Tawk.to for live chat and links to supplier catalogs hosted on other websites. Those services may collect technical information under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use submitted information only for customer service, quoting, production and normal business follow-up. We do not sell customer information.
